Showing the consumer how helpful a product really is, can be the tipping point between being simply a reader to becoming a buyer. So, give a step-by-step review. 5 Things You Can Do When It Feels Like You Can’t Do Anything

Things You Can Do When It Feels Like You Can’t Do Anything

I found this great article enjoy : )

When it feels like the problem you’re facing is way too big for you to fix on your own, then it probably is. But that doesn’t mean you can’t do something to help, or just do something to make a positive change somewhere else. Here are a few things you can always do, even when it feels like nothing can be done.

1. Dedicate your resources.
You can’t control the outcome of this situation for yourself, but you can control the things you do for other people. If you’re feeling helpless, there’s almost always someone else who’s feeling the same way. If money is an issue, give them whatever amount you can afford to spend. If you can’t give money, give them your time with a phone call, letter, memento, or just an afternoon coffee. One of the best feelings in the world anymore is receiving real, tangible mail. Sometimes being there for someone else is the best way to be there for yourself, as cheesy as it sounds.
2. Create a private space for the thoughts that won’t go away.
Your mind is spinning with thoughts of how this could all turn out. People will tell you to get your mind off of it and distract yourself, but oftentimes that feels like trying to run through a downpour without getting a drop of rain on your skin. It’s impossible. So do the most possible thing you could do: immerse yourself in thoughts about the situation by articulating them in some way. Whether it’s making a private blog, putting stuff in a box, or just writing down lists in a notebook, having one tangible place to keep all of your thoughts can be the most cathartic experience in a time of crisis. You might find yourself looking forward to using an outlet, and it will become a reminder of your strength after you come out on the other side.
3. Do something small and positive that’s entirely for your own benefit.
Take some of the time you spend thinking about the issue and put it towards doing one small thing that’s entirely for you. Get a quick manicure. Go for a run. Read a couple pages of your favorite book. Buy one really good drink. Take the longest shower. Find something small that makes you feel good and do it. You’re not betraying anyone by spending a little time on yourself, and you’ll be better for everyone when you don’t feel like you’re spread too thin.
4. Remind yourself of your greater purpose.
You are not a reflection of this situation, you’re just a part something bigger and more difficult. But you’re also a part of something greater and more positive. Think about your career, projects, family, and aspirations. Dedicate yourself to your purpose. Even the worst job can be a blessing when shit hits the fan; it gives you a place to go and a reason to focus on something else entirely.
5. Ask someone outside of it all for help.
The radius of a problem that no one can control makes the entire world feel like it could fit into one tiny room where nothing else exists. Know that there is always someone outside, or at least on the outskirts, of a this whole thing. Reach out to someone and tell them that you don’t know what to do anymore. You’d be surprised how quickly a phone call from an old friend can pull you out of the riptide. You can always get help from someone, or from an objective party, whether it’s a counselor, therapist, teacher, or just an anonymous voice on the other end of the line.
When all else fails, remember that this thing is big, huge, and terrifying, but it is not impossible. It does not define your life. You can’t change something that isn’t within your power to change, but you can wake up tomorrow and do something different, and that is most powerful thing of all.

Get more leads for your business

Excellent Article With Many Great Tips About Lead Generation

The success of any business is dependent on how many customers they can attract. Often times it is not just the customer itself, but one that will be a paying consumer for life. That is where quality lead generation comes into play. As a business owner you must understand how to generate quality leads, and the article below will teach you how.

Look into pay per click campaigns to generate leads. The first place most people go to seek business opportunity is Google. If you aren't on page 1 organically for the typical search terms they use, then you need to pay to be there. You only are charged if people click the ads, so it's an excellent way to simply build brand awareness as well.

You can also use revenue sharing business model as well to advertise your business.

Share this $10 Billion a week Wealth Transfer

Open up your business to the world. There are events such as Doors Open at which businesses allow customers to come in and see how they work. Even if you're an architect or real estate agent, you can let potential customers in to see how organized and authentic you really are, which can generate leads.

Check out local events in order to maximize your leads. If you're allowed to have a table there, you could hand out pamphlets and hold a giveaway. Just ask people to leave their name and email in return for a ballot, but be sure to let them know if you'll be adding them to a mailing list.

Make sure that all of your leads are legit. It is common to buy leads quickly without checking for duplicates. It is not unusual for leads to appear several times during the lead generation process. Be sure that each lead you target is unique so that you get the most exposure possible.

Understanding how to separate a good lead from a bad one is key to your business success. The solid ideas from above are a great start to help get your business off on the right foot. You don't want to be chasing around customers because you have bad leads. The tips here will help you get started.

5 Ways to Find Happiness On the Pursuit of Success

Find Happiness On the Pursuit of Success

I found this great inspiring Article enjoy : )

If there is one thing in this world that is truly important, above all things, it is happiness. For most people, even if they want money or success, happiness is their true goal. There is no denying that being happy is important, but it doesn’t mean that it is easy to achieve. It is something you need to focus on, work hard towards and stay committed to. While everyone’s journey towards happiness is different, here are five ways that I have found you can find lasting happiness.

1. Learn a skill and develop confidence.

Money is nothing without skills and your own ability to achieve something. Money comes as a reward once you have proven you are an expert. So if you want to make money because you think it will bring you happiness, then consider learning a skill. It can give you the ammunition that you need in order to achieve the money that you desire, and it can help you develop confidence as you realize you are an expert at something. Having confidence in yourself and in your abilities is a great way to ensure that you are on your way to a happy, confident life.

2. Not focusing purely on money.

There are too many people today who think that they need money to be happy. These are the same people that work hard to “make it” and to get the money that they are looking for, and ultimately find they are still unhappy. Yes, money has its perks. It can help you cover the basics and give you the freedom to do what you want, but it is important that you aren’t only focusing on money, it will not lead you to the happiness you are looking for. If you want to be happy, learn a skill that you love and focus on that first, then wait for the money to come.

3. Develop close relationships and friendships.

There is nothing that can replace the close friendships and loving relationships that you have with your friends and family members. Yes, money and skills are nice, but at the end of the day people are better. Work hard but don’t work too hard, as many entrepreneurs do, so it causes you to ignore the people and relationships in your life. If you ever want to be happy then you have to find some type of work/life balance.

4. Explore this big, beautiful world.

If you want to truly be happy, get out and start exploring this big, beautiful world. Don’t stay in one town or city forever. This limits you to one mentality. Go out and expand your horizons and see what is out there. I have been to more than 100 countries during my life and I am so grateful for this opportunity. I have truly enjoyed this experience and the opportunity to meet so many incredible people and learn about their history, their customs and their values.

5. Give back.

There are so many people today who find success but who feel as though there is something missing. This is why it is so important to give back. I started my own seven-figure charity, the Timothy Sykes Foundation and it has been the most fulfilling thing that I have ever done. Whether you want to help children, veterans, focus on education, help animals or just donate your time, it is something that can really help better your life. Even if you don’t have money, your own hard work can go so far in helping different wonderful causes.

Great Leaders Connect With Employees, Foster Collaboration and Embrace Continuous Change

Great Leaders Connect With Employees

I found this great article enjoy : )

Half of companies worldwide say their leaders are not ready to lead their organizations today, and 71 percent say leaders are not ready to lead into the future, according to a recent study by Brandon Hall Group.
Why are so many leaders unprepared for the challenges of today and tomorrow? Part of the reason has to do with how social media, apps and the constant stream of digital information is accelerating the pace of change and disrupting how we work. Employees are distracted, interrupted every five minutes by applications and collaborative tools. According to recentresearch, 66 percent of employees feel they don’t have enough time to do their jobs.
Research and surveys also indicate that only about 32 percent of U.S. employees are engaged -- involved in, enthusiastic about and committed to their work. Not only are employees overwhelmed and distracted, so are their leaders. These factors point to the need for significant change. Now more than ever we need leaders to step up and help their teams overcome workplace challenges. Here are three steps to change.

1. Connect more with employees.

When you engage with employees on a personal level, they feel like you care about them, value their contributions and understand their point of view. When that happens, employee commitment and engagement increases. In essence, people will want to work more for you when they know you are invested in them and care about all the things that impact their world and workplace.
If you walk down a hallway in any company, most of the time, you will see leaders and employees with heads down looking at their phones. To combat disconnection, lead by example. Put your own device down and take a minute to make eye contact and ask, “How are you today?” It is hard, because you have to be willing to put things aside and engage. You have to make time to ask, “How else can I support you?” when you know you have two minutes to check on a project and really just want to go back to your email.
Get out from behind the desk and be intentional about connecting with your employees. This creates a great opportunity for you to view the business through their eyes and gives you firsthand knowledge about what works and what doesn’t. Engage with employees who are energetic and passionate. Ask them questions like, “What do you think?” “How do you think we could solve this problem?” or “What would YOU do?” Doing this regularly can help you stay more connected with your people and your business.

2. Master the directive versus collaborative dilemma.

A hallmark of great leaders is their ability to recognize when to be directive and when to be collaborative. There are times when circumstances call for being directive, such as dealing with policy changes and reinforcing rules. However, leaders often rely too much on their directive approach. They feel pressure to have all the answers and get into “tell” mode to demonstrate their strength. They fail to realize how collaboration motivates and energizes employees.
Collaboration can be powerful for leaders too. As a leader, you decide when to seek collaboration, who to bring together and the ground rules to leverage their best talents and strengths. So release some of that control. Collaboration leads to innovation -- and that’s what great leaders do.

3. Expect and coach to continual change.

Change is persistent and constant for most companies. Yet many leaders are reactive rather than proactive and not equipped to coach in general, let alone to manage change. The vast majority of change efforts that fail do so because people either fight against change or don't know specifically what they need to do to make it happen, according to management expert Ken Blanchard.
The top two reasons this happens is people’s concerns with change are not surfaced and / or addressed, and the people leading change think that “announcing” it is the same a “implementing” it. Resistance to change manifests itself in many ways, from foot-dragging and inertia to petty sabotage and outright rebellion. The best tool for leaders of change is to understand the predictable, universal sources of resistance in each situation, and then strategize around them. When a leader is able to diagnose stages of concern, he or she can respond by communicating the right information at the right time to resolve these concerns.
As a leader, you should always be checking the temperature of your team to see how on board people are with change. One strategy is to communicate constantly to ensure your lines stay open. Make sure your messaging is consistent and always includes the “why” as it relates to the day-to-day realities of your employees. Hear them out when they disagree and help them get fully on board.
Finally, realize there is almost always something you need to be coaching. Learning to coach to continual change creates a huge opportunity to prepare leaders of today for the future.

The Master Key System

Introduction to the master System

I found this great information that can help you create Power and Confidence.

There are many today who claim The Master Key System
is the greatest personal-development book ever written.

It is simply one of the finest studies in personal power, metaphysics,

and prosperity consciousness that exists.

And The Master Key System was among the first books to use the phrase Law of Attraction,

Thanks to for the image

which has become such a popular term today when referring to the most powerful force in the universe.

Covering everything from how to create abundance and wealth to how to get healthy,

the author Charles F Haanel leaves no stone unturned.

With precision,

he elucidates on each topic with logic and rigor that not only leaves you feeling good,
but also thinking good.

The book was banned by the Church in 1933 and has been hidden away for decades.

Rumor has it that while he was attending Harvard University,

Bill Gates discovered and read The Master Key System.

It was this book that inspired the future founder of Microsoft
to drop out of the University and pursue his dream of "a computer on every desktop."

You probably know the results...

It is Silicon Valley's secret that almost every entrepreneur who made a fortune
in recent years did so by studying the words Mr. Haanel penned around 100 years ago!

Almost every millionaire and billionaire in the Valley read The Master Key System by Charles F. Haanel.

Since this book was no longer in print until recently,

copies of The Master Key System became a hot commodity in the Valley.

The book was also one of the major inspirations behind the hit movie known as "The Secret"

and is now known to have inspired the writing of the world's most famous success book Think And Grow Rich.

So, I urge you again...take it slowly and take it seriously.

Thanks to Psi Tek for this great article click on the link below to find out more : )

You might even find it helpful to study with friends (whether online or offline) so that you can keep each other motivated to carry on going. Just tell them where the Master Key System sign-up page is and we'll do the rest.

Make the Luck You Need to Succeed in Business

Luck You Need to Succeed in Business

I found this great article enjoy : )

“You’re so lucky.”
It’s the worse thing you can say to me. And if you notice, it’s always said with a frown.
“You’re so lucky,” means that you didn’t really work for it; it was handed to you.
“You’re so lucky,” means you were just in the right place at the right time; it could have been anyone.
“You’re so lucky,” means “it should have been me.”
Meanwhile, most of the time it’s just the opposite of any of those things. You did really work for it…you put yourself in the right place at the right time…and it could have been anyone else if they had worked as hard to get it.
It’s not about being lucky; it’s about making yourself lucky.
As my father always says, “it takes a lot of hard work to be lucky.”
I was the kind of kid who always knew I wanted to go into marketing, although admittedly I’m not sure I knew what that meant back in the day. Regardless, I set my sights on what it would take to become a marketer: a good college education, solid work experience, an MBA, a real summer internship, and eventually the killer job in classic brand management…from one of the big guys.
So after graduating from college and getting a sales job at Carnation, I enrolled in the MBA program at Columbia, got a summer internship at Johnson & Johnson, and then started full time as an Assistant Product Director on Johnson’s baby products.
And all I heard was “you’re so lucky.”
As if.
Luck had nothing to do with it.
I worked hard to figure out what I needed to succeed and I went out to get it. I placed myself at the right place at the right time, so when job interviews were posted I was selected based on my very specific and purposeful background. And sure, there were others, many others, going after the same thing, but truth be told we all succeeded. Because we all worked for it. Those who didn’t make the cut looked at us as just being “lucky.”
“It takes a lot of hard work to be lucky.”
At that point, were we lucky? In some ways, yes. Because even after all that planning and hard work, it doesn’t always work out. Not by a long shot.
Been there, done that.
Luck does play a part in the grand equation here, but it’s not random luck. It’s the luck that comes from planning, preparation, and a whole lot of sweat.
“It takes a lot of hard work to be lucky.”
While I’ve had more than my fair share of mishaps, I am lucky to say that things have mostly worked out.
I try my best to make myself lucky. Hope you do the same. Good luck to you.

How to Overcome 5 Excuses That Kill Entrepreneurship

5 Excuses That Kill Entrepreneurship

I found this great article:

You’ve always wanted to be an entrepreneur, and you finally have your business idea. It’s a great idea that solves a huge problem in an elegant way. This idea can scale, and go global. There’s no one in the space today, or the existing players are weak. You think about this idea day and night, and you dream about starting the company and making it real. But, for some reason you just can’t do it. It just seems too you have a great job. Sound familiar?
Many people simply talk themselves out of starting their own business. Before I started my company, I had a million thoughts about why it was an insane idea. In retrospect, I see that what I thought were legitimate fears were just excuses.
Below are the most common reasons I have heard from peers about why they can't start a business, and some advice on how to get past the issue:

1. "It's not the right time."

I know people who became entrepreneurs as teenagers, and others who started their first company in their 60s. Here's a secret that anyone that has started a business knows: there is NEVER a right time. It just does not exist. You can always convince yourself that you need more money, experience, time, connections, confidence, skills, business acumen...the list goes on and on. My advice? Have faith that now is actually the perfect time. A year or two after you have started your business, you will see that it absolutely was.

2. "What if it fails?"

Entrepreneurs tend to be people who are filled with such confidence that they don't focus on any chance of failure. But the tough fact is that 80 percent of businesses fail within the first 18 months, and it can be paralyzing to face those odds. My recommendation is to embrace the possibility of failure. Why? Because if you fail, you will learn something tremendously valuable about yourself, about business, and about life. You may start another business, or you might realize that entrepreneurship isn't for you. But if you don't try, you will simply never know, and the fear of failure should never stop you from doing anything. Remember, people who are on their deathbed usually regret the things they didn’t do, not the things they did.

3. "I haven't saved enough money."

Many people who aspire to start businesses are the primary breadwinner in their family, and they cannot afford to live without a salary coming in. I recommend that anyone who starts a business save enough money to live for 18 months without income coming in. If your business hasn't gotten enough traction within 18 months to produce income, and you don't see a light at the end of the tunnel, then you can shut the business down and get a job with the satisfaction of having given entrepreneurship a shot. What I like about the "18 month rule" is that it provides clarity to yourself (and perhaps your spouse), and it makes it easier to quit a lucrative job because you have a plan.

4. "People don't see me as an entrepreneur."

First of all, as a budding entrepreneur you have to ignore what others think of you because there will always be doubters in your life. Avoid those people if you can. But more importantly, if you take the leap and start your business, you will be stunned at how fast people who were originally naysayers will see you as a born entrepreneur. Perception is reality, and when you are the boss, you will be seen as a leader despite the fact that you used to be (for instance) a customer service manager, a payroll clerk, or a janitor. In America, people respect those who have taken a chance and put their reputation, capital, and career on the line.

5. "It just seems so hard."

You're right. Starting a business is very hard. It might be the hardest thing you'll ever do in your life. You will lose sleep, fight with your spouse, have less time for your kids, and potentially lose all of your money. Have I scared you yet? I hope so. Because there is no getting around this one--if you aren't ready to work your tail off and get your hands very dirty, don't even think about starting a business. If starting a business was easy, everyone would do it. The easy decision is to keep working for that secure paycheck, and that's exactly why most people don't start companies. My advice is to be very honest with yourself, and if you know deep down that you can make it work, then take that leap of faith and make it work.
